CJ E&M, the company behind the original series, announced on August 25, "The first episode of 'Better Late Than Never' recorded first place in viewership ratings among the four major broadcast networks including NBC, ABC, FOX, and CBS."
According to Chosun.com, around 7.35 million viewers tuned in to watch the first episode of 'Better Late Than Never,' which showed cast members William Shatner, Henry Winkler, George Foreman, Terry Bradshaw, and Jeff Dye visiting the streets of Tokyo, Japan.
'Grandpas Over Flowers' is the first ever Korean reality program to be adapted by a major broadcast network in North America, so it's all the more pleasant to hear that it is doing well!
Girls' Generation filmed for 'Better Late Than Never' last year, so you may see them in an episode in the near future!
