After gaining an incredible amount of popularity through 'Descendants of the Sun', Song Joong Ki has been sweeping China with his popularity. In May, he had a fanmeeting to meet Chinese fans in the large cities. He apparently made 3.4 billion KRW (approximately 3 million USD) just from the fanmeeting.
