Man violently kills 3-year-old for defecation

A 33-year-old man, Mr. Chung, was revealed on July 20 to be confined by prosecution for the vicious murder of the three-year-old child of the woman he lived with, 23-year-old Ms. Noh. �

He was arrested for violation of child welfare by abusing and ultimately killing the young boy back on June 24 at around 1 AM by hitting him on the face and back as well as throwing him onto the floor and into the wardrobe because he defecated on the floor after which he cried and moaned about the incident. �He is also being charged with four accounts of abuse�from May 25 to June 12�for hitting the child for defecating in his pants.�

On top of that, it was revealed that Ms. Noh knew about the abuse because of the bruises on the boys' face, but she neglected him by providing neither protection nor treatment to the wounds, so she has also been taken in for violation of child welfare.
