FIESTAR's Jei and Hyemi, who recently took part in an interview, opened up about the hardships of dieting for their sexy concepts.�

Jei said, "I've tried dieting by quitting salt. I really love salty and spicy food, but you know when you're dieting, cutting out seasoned food is a basic. It was so hard. Anything I ate tasted the same... For someone who finds happiness from eating, it was too difficult a diet."�
Hyemi revealed, "Jei, Cao Lu, and I can't skip meals. Jei and I aren't the types to diet often, but for me, not eating at night is the hardest. I like snacks too much. I try to suppress the cravings since it's not good for my health either, but it's really hard."�
