The footage shows the teen looking around and then taking out a rock larger than his fist from his satchel. Using the rock, the teenager clouts the unwitting woman, who was busy looking at her phone, on the head. The teen continues to strike the woman until she falls to the floor. Thankfully, the woman was able to escape the teen's violent attacks once the elevator doors opened.
Police apprehended the 16-year-old teen for charges of chasing and attacking a woman in her 20's with a rock; they are currently in the process of investigating the culprit. The woman who was attacked by the teen is reportedly being treated for the injuries she sustained on her head from the attack.

The teen fled after hiding out for a brief period in an apartment fire escape but was arrested nine hours later at a PC room (gaming center).
According to police, the teen had attacked the woman for no reason. A police officer stated, "[He] doesn't really answer [our questions]. When we ask [him], he just responds, 'I was angry.'"
Police also relayed that the teen's parents have claimed that he suffers from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. However, police filed an arrest warrant after discovering that not only did the teen inflict severe injuries on the victim but also that the crime was premeditated.
