Solji and Hani's 'Only One' MV is vertical due to a special reason

EXID Solji and Hani's duet song "Only One" is receiving attention for its vertically set MV. 

On March 3, EXID official YouTube channel released the MV of the duet song, which depicts the story of a girl who dearly misses her boyfriend.

The MV does not include actors or actresses, but only a phone. It also does not follow the typical horizontal scale, but is set vertically. Many viewers were curious to why the MV was set up in this particular way. 

EXID's agency explained, "Now is the era of transitioning from PC to mobile. We directly applied this to format the MV so viewers will be more attentive while watching it on their phones."

This unique marketing method seems to be successful as it did raise questions, and also attention regarding the clip. Solji and Hani sure did capture both ears and eyes with "Only One".
