It's almost Valentine's Day, the official holiday for couples all around the world to show even more love and affection, showering each other with flowers, chocolate, and everything nice. But for all the single ladies out there, including myself, it's just another day for us to be thankful of the extra time and money we have to dedicate it to the most wonderful person in this world, YOU!

February 15th is the official date for Single Awareness Day (S.A.D) and though the acronym suggests that singles are probably sitting at home pigging out on a tub of ice cream, it's actually a day for singles to proudly show that they don't need a significant other to complete them. Our lives are awesome with or without a partner, amirite?

So this Singles Awareness Day, take the opportunity spend it by loving and treating yourself.
