Female idols caught lying about their weights

We already knew that many idols, if not all, tell little white lies about their physical features such as their heights and weights. So it didn't come as that much of a surprise when female idols were caught lying about their weights on the February 10 airing of Lunar New Year special 'Gold Medal Duty.'

On this show, the production crew had the guesting female idols, including Hello Venus' Nara, Park Bo Ram, EXID's Solji and Hani, Youngji, AOA's Jimin, and FIESTAR's Cao Lu, go up to the roof of a building under the pretext of doing a 'sexy dance.' The girls did as they were told and danced their best sexy dance; what they didn't know was that the stage they were performing on was connected to a scale that displayed their true weights. In comparing the true weights of the idols to the weights they claimed, the production crew determined to conduct an 'honesty test.'

Nara had written that she weights 49kg (~108lbs) but in reality, her weight was 53kg (~117lbs). Park Bo ram had written that her weight was 48kg (~106lbs) but in truth, she was 50kg (~110lbs). Solji claimed to be 49kg (~108lbs) but was close to 50kg (~110lbs). Jimin said she was 45kg (~99lbs) but was actually 45.9kg (~101lbs). Cao Lu wrote that she was 50kg (~110lbs) but turned out to be 49kg (~108lbs).�

Youngji was the one who had the biggest discrepancy between her stated weight and actual weight; she said she was 51kg (~112lbs) but was actually measured to be 56kg (~123lbs). Youngji explained, "I was at my heaviest then. I've lost a lot of weight since then."�

The only honest person was Hani, who claimed that she was 50kg (~110lbs) and was indeed 50kg when measured on the scale.�
