Actress Han Ye Seoul had some strong opinions on how pet owners must approach taking care of their fluffy friends on the January 18 broadcast of 'Abnormal Summit.'
She began, "I think there needs to be a balance," and explained, "There are instances when people dye [their pets] bright colors and buy them expensive clothing not based on the perspective of the pets but based on what they think will make their pets happy.
