Dal Shabet reveals secret behind body maintenance

Dal Shabet, who came back with "Someone Like U" last month after some member lineup changes, held the showcase for their ninth mini album 'Naturalness' Tuesday at Gangnam's Ilchi Art Hall. 

During the showcase, the members expressed how glad they were to be finally back with a new song and album. Subin said, "When I debuted I was only a high schooler and during that time, I was really nervous but now I feel more confident. We will continue to show ourselves working hard for the next 5, 10, 15 years. Our title track was written by the best composers, the Brave Brothers. Personally, I think I worked even harder this time." 

Ahyoung told the audience, "I debuted as a minor but now I'm 26 years old. It's good to have come back with a positive mindset," while Serri said, "I'm happy that we released our album right on the date of our anniversary."

The members also shared the secret behind maintaining their figures, which really wasn't a secret but common knowledge. They revealed, "Rather than diet, we maintained our bodies through exercise. The more we focused on our weight, the worse the state of our health became. We exercise to maintain our physiques." Whatever exercise they do, it must be working, because the girls look great!
