Siwon and 'She Was Pretty' cast members were shocked at unexpectedly low ratings?

The idol-turned-actor told the interviewer, "We all watched the first episode together thinking it will be a hit. But the first episode's ratings were so low that we were all shocked. Thankfully the viewership doubled on the second episode and kept climbing." Siwon's silly yet lovable character Shin Hyuk must be one of the reasons why ratings shot through the roof! 

When the interviewer asked, "Is your character similar at all to your actual self?" Siwon replied, "I think that [my character's] positive and bright persona is like me. But when compared to myself, I envy my character's nonchalance. He just tells it like it is to everyone around him."

Siwon also generously complimented his co-star Hwang Jung Eum, saying, "I'm going to be honest here. Among the actresses I've worked with, I think she is the most versatile."
