Shinhwa's Dongwan was spotted in a language class on the May 15 installment of MBC's 'I Live Alone' in order to start the English and Chinese studying he had been pushing back.

On this broadcast, he went to a Chinese cram school and told the other students, "I'm learning Chinese because I'm going to appear in a Jackie Chan movie," surprising them.

He confessed, "Jackie Chan doesn't know of my existence yet.  I plan to do my best as a prepared actor after I diligently study."  He took meticulous notes during class, focusing more than anybody else.

Dongwan also explained why he decided to go to a cram school, saying, "When I was learning Japanese, I did it by myself and tried getting tutored, but there was no competitor, so I couldn't get better. Also, when I spoke one-on-one with the teacher, the topics were restricted. However, there are a variety of people at cram school, so there are more topics, and talk never ceases.That's why I study foreign languages in cram school."
