On May 22, the Seoul High Court overturned the original conviction during the sentence hearing for her appeals trial, changing the 1-year jail sentence to a 10-month jail sentence after a 2-year stay of execution, meaning she's basically on probation. If she does something wrong within those two years, she will then need to serve ten years in prison. She has reportedly been released from the prison now.
