Lee Kuk Ju appeared on KBS 2TV's 'Happy Together 3' on May 14 and talked about CNBLUE's Yonghwa.
She first talked about her method for the push-and-pull method of flirting in which you approach somebody, then pull away to keep them engaged and interested. She said, "For the first three months, I pull no matter what. I go to see him and I contact him often. Then, I stop contacting him cold. If I do that, he contacts me."

The MCs said, "We heard recently that you did push-and-pull with Yonghwa." She replied, "A short while ago, I moved to CNBLUE's agency. Yonghwa called me through the manager after he heard the rumor [I joined the agency]. He asked me, 'Noona, what are you doing?' then, 'Noona, give me your contact information, please,' but I said, 'I don't give my phone number away easily,' thinking he would go, 'Ah, why?' and ask again, but he replied, 'I'm sorry,' and was about to hang up, so without thinking, I said, 'Hold on,' and gave him my phone number.
"However, after I gave him my number, he didn't contact me even after a month passed. I think that was push-and-pull," making everyone laugh.
