On the 18th, the Seoul Central Court revealed that they had ordered a Miss Kim to pay 12,470,000 KRW (approximately 11,500 USD) to the label A, who had originally sued her for 55,700,000 KRW (approximately 51,400 USD) for damages.

According to A, Miss Kim was supposed to be a part of a 7-member group that was to debut last year in July, and signed a short-term training contract with her and her mother in October 2013. However, in April, she told the label, "I want to rest at home. I'm quitting", and stopped coming to practice. Another trainee also left afterward, and the girl group had to ultimately debut as a 6-member group in January this year instead. Company A sued Miss Kim by saying, "We suffered losses because of a one-sided contract breach", and the court accepted a part of their demands.
The judge on the case said, "[Since Miss Kim broke the contract], as follows from the penalty fee clause that is stated in the contract, she must pay twice the amount of fees that Company A invested in her. We do not think the penalty fees are overly heavy."
Miss Kim had said, "Company A ordered an impossible amount of weight loss and excluded me from practice because of my looks," but the judge dismissed her claims. However, on Company A's claims that she also had to pay the penalty for the 5-month delay in the girl group's debut, the judge stated that the delay could have also been from the other member that left, and ruled she did not have to pay for those.
Was this a fair judgement? Any ideas which group this is?
