According to the Seoul District Prosecutor's Office, this is the third time that the rapper has been arrested for marijuana. This time, he is charged for smoking marijuana on three separate occasions. The first time back in September 2014 and two more occasions on March 15 and March 30. He was arrested at his house in Mapo, Seoul on April 6 and on April 8, E-sens was given a drug test at the Seoul District Prosecutor's Office.
Back in November 2014, it was belatedly revealed that he was booked on charges of smoking marijuana for the second time. Prior to that, back in April 2012, the court gave E-Sens a suspended sentence for one year and two months after being booked on charges of smoking marijuana back in November of 2011.
