A famous singer and producer was belatedly revealed to have been sentenced to three years in prison for raping a girl in her teens.
Channel A reported this fact recently, revealing that a 36-year-old Mr. Im, who is active as a singer and producer, took a 19-year-old part-time worker B to a drinking hole, and then raped her.
According to the report, Mr. Im relocated with famous singer A, an acquaintance of A, and a 19-year-old part-time worker at a store owned by A's friend, B, to drink somewhere else. After drinking for five hours, B was unable to steady herself, and Mr. Im decided to take her to a motel nearby.�

The next day, B was lying naked in a motel room and, after realizing that she had been raped, reported Mr. Im to the police. �The two went into trial. �
Mr. Im claimed that they had consensual sex, but the justice department analyzed CCTV footage and said, "Mr. Im took advantage of the fact that B was drunk to the point she was unable to keep herself steady and forced sex onto her. �He is not repenting his regrettable wrongdoing of not only failing to protect but also raping a drunk woman in her teens who is 16 years younger than he," sentencing him to three years in prison. �
After this decision, Mr. Im took to SNS to say, "My health is not good, so I will take a break for now. �It's not to the point you should be concerned. �After taking a short break, I will return with a healthier image to find you again with even better music ^^." Talk about creepy...
It was also revealed that the famous singer, A, who had been drinking with them, had left before the crime had been committed. �
