Ilgan Sports has managed to obtain Korean Air's report about the Bobby Kim incident.
The report they received includes in detail what happened on the flight KE023 that left the Incheon International Airport at 4:40 PM for San Francisco. According to the report, 4-5 hours after the takeoff, Bobby Kim was loud and verbally abusive for about 2 hours. The head of service (the purser) and a male steward took Bobby Kim to the L5 door jump seat and calmed him through drinks.

According to the report, Bobby Kim and the female stewardess had physical contact 3 times and he gave her verbal abuse. However, this differs from Korean Air's initial statement saying that he wrapped his arms around her waist. Also, the word 'sexual harassment' was not used, just 'verbal harassment,' and the level of the harassment was that he asked her to spend her vacation with him.
Currently, it seems like Bobby Kim did commit a wrongdoing, but now the degree of wrongdoing as well as what it specifically was seems to be in muddy waters, especially after stewardesses refused investigation. Along with Korean Air's recent nut scandal, it seems many people are not looking at the airline in a good light.
