KARA's Seungyeon looked dashing in a fluffy pink robe when she made her guest appearance on KBS 2TV's 'Happy Together 3' on December 11. She talked about how the group came to debut in Japan where they received a ton of acclaim and love from fans on-site.
She said, "KARA originally had no plans to advance into Japan. Some comedian in Japan liked KARA so much that he kept mentioning KARA and showing videos on a program he MCs, so the timing was right and we debuted. A lot of people recognized us as the group that was often publicized. We only got to study Japanese for two months. When we got to appear on the Japanese show program hosted by the comedian, we learned the entire script. We learned all of the questions, our ad-libbed responses, and even when to laugh in the script. There was a translator, but we received almost no help."
