This of course isn't the first time that choreographers have voiced their wishes to be given credit towards Kpop artists, agencies, or broadcast stations. Although the artists do not receive any direct profit from these dance covers, it seems the general consensus is that choreographers would like acknowledgment for their creation and hard work and/or to be asked permission to use their choreography in advance.
