MBC's 'We Got Married' updated fans on the cursing controversy in which a staff member off-screen cursed Taemin and the show unknowingly broadcast it to the audience without properly checking and editing the content.
It was revealed that the staff member cursed because she wanted to comfort Na-Eun, who had burst out crying due to Taemin's behavior during the hidden camera portion.

MBC said, "Immediately after the occurrence, the production crew delivered our viewpoint separately to the participant and his agency . . . We promised to never repeat this or any similar mistake and we worked it out peaceably."
