SECRET's Sunhwa cried after seeing Kwanghee's father play the saxophone on February 16th's 'We Got Married 4'.
Kwanghee's parents visited the couple's home in 'We Got Married' village last week. Kwanghee's dad played Davichi's "Don't Say Goodbye" on his saxophone, surprising Sunhwa with his musical talent.
Kwanghee's mother revealed, "There's a reason [he chose that song]." His parents then shared that Kwanghee's father started practicing after his son's appearance on SBS' 'Laws of the Jungle'. Sad that he wasn't able to help his teammates, Kwanghee sat on the floor and started singing "Don't Say Goodbye". Seeing his son struggle, Kwanghee's dad decided to practice the song to cheer him up.
Kwanghee stated, "From their perspective, my parents were saddened. They searched the internet to learn that song. He practiced because he wanted to support me... I didn't know about this. I didn't know that my dad was that sad about it. I almost cried. It was one of the biggest presents I could receive, and I felt the warmth of my family. I'm thankful."
Sunhwa also stated, "Seeing Kwanghee's parents, I thought that it was like seeing my own parents. [That's why I got emotional]. I felt that he was a son who grew up in a normal, loving family." Kwanghee revealed, "I didn't like seeing Sunhwa cry. I don't like it when my woman cries. I want her to be happy instead of sad. Sunhwa doesn't seem like a friend anymore. She's like family."
