Actress Han Hyo Joo has been cast for the lead female role in the upcoming production, 'King of Chosun'. 'King of Chosun' previously made headlines after Lee Byung Hun confirmed that he would be taking part in his first historical work. Lee Byung Hun will be playing dual roles as King Kwang Hae Goon and the peasant-turned-fake king Ha Eun. Han Hyo Joo will star as the queen who's caught between the secret of the two men. This will be their first time working together. Han Hyo Joo's casting drew immediate interest from drama fans, since her fame grew to international heights with MBC's 'Dong Yi'. The public will be interested to see if Han Hyo Joo will bring back that regal beauty and impassioned acting that made her famous in the previous historical drama. 'King of Chosun' (working title) will be the collaborative work between Hwang Jo Yoon (scriptwriter for 'Old Boy') and 'Mapado' director Chu Chang Min. Source: Sports World via Nate
