Singer JOO is branching out to be a musical star in 'March of theYouth', and her character photos have just been revealed! The photo shoot for the musical took place at a studio in Yongsan, where JOO and her musical partner Wang Kyung Tae took concept photos, each perfectly captured the feel of the character's personalities. Although it's her very first musical, JOO is receiving high praise for being able to nail her character, 'Young Shim', down to a tee. The musical tells the story of a much older, 33-year-old Young Shim who works as a performance PD. The show will be a 'jukebox concert musical', and songs from the '80s and '90s will be included. This is the fourth consecutive year that the performance has been put on; it's played 350 shows for over 220,000 audience members. The show is much loved by people of all ages, and has received requests for encore performances. JYP Entertainment stated, "Fans will get to see a whole new side of JOO, and I think they should be excited for a fresh and exciting new show. Please show your love and support." The cast members are wrapping up their last rehearsals, and the performance will take place on November 12th at the COEX Atium Hyundai Art Hall in Samsungdong. [gallery link="file"]
