With the launch of his activities in U.S. just a few months away, Korean artist Wheesung participated in a talk show, KBS 2TV Rock (?). As many already know, the anticipation for his American debut is stellar. It has been reported that the recording process has already been completed with a prominent producer Rodney Jerkins, who has worked with well-known singers including Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, and Beyoncé. To share his feelings in prior to his big day, Wheesung revealed many episodes of what happened during the preparations. "After having an impromptu audition, the American producer favored my voice and speech very much, and even asked me if my mother was African American. The producer was first sitting down sloppily and arrogantly, and quickly after hearing me sing, he fixed his posture and offered me to work on an album together. Because many Korean stars like Rain, Se7en, BoA, and Kim Yun Jin already joined the U.S. market already, there isn't much pressure on me. I do want to succeed," Wheesung revealed. To hear more stories by the man himself, make sure to catch the show on the 23rd!
