Girls' Generation's Seohyun opened up about being a "celebrity Dispatch gave up on."
In a sit-down interview for 'Esquire Korea', Seohyun commented on a previous article by Dispatch referring to her as a celebrity they gave up on due to her healthy and upright lifestyle. She expressed on a photo of her reading at a cafe, "I was reading a book, and I think I went with my manager at the time. I think we talked too there."
She then talked about a screencap of herself on the variety show 'Happy Together' that stated "Do I really have to talk informally?" On the show, a game segment called for the guests and co-hosts to talk informally to each other, and at the time, Seohyun really did not want to speak casually to her seniors. She expressed, "I didn't know people would think this was so funny."
Seohyun continued, "I speak informally very well now. At the time, I really couldn't speak informally, so it was awkward." She also said of the movie 'Love and Leashes', "I think I used all the slang that I've never used in my life in this movie. I cursed a thousand times."
In other news, Seohyun is starring in the upcoming Netflix series 'Song of the Bandits', which premieres on September 22 KST.
