On May 10 KST, aespa appeared as guests on the new digital segment, 'Complaint Manager HUR' by SBS's 'Hanbam'!

On this new segment, veteran idol KARA's Youngji transforms into a complaint manager and invites hoobaes idols from the industry to file all of their secret (or not-so-secret) complaints to her.

On this day, each of the aespa members filed cute and honest complaints that reflected their different personalities. First, Karina complained, "No matter how much I work out, I can't gain muscle. I can't make abs no matter how hard I try."

Hearing this, Youngji presented an interesting solution. She said, "I don't work out myself, so I don't know how to solve your problem. But there are professionals who do body makeup these days, and I know a good one so I will give you their contact information." 

Meanwhile, Ningning adorably complained, "I really want to drink 'Zero Coke'. Can I please ask for one can?"

To this, Youngji quickly asked one of the staff to go run and buy Ningning a drink, although instead of 'Coca-Cola' brand products, the vending machine nearby seemed to have 'Pepsi' products. 

Lastly, Winter had two complaints, one being short and direct, reading, "Give us a vacation!". The other was, "I want to make a personal Instagram account." 

The other members were especially responsive to Winter's second complaint, and Youngji also pointed out, "I never understood this idol routine either. You can have an official account for the group, and then you can only have your personal account about 7 years after you've been active." 

Finally, Youngji whispered to the aespa members, "Just make a private one," to which Ningning openly answered, "We already have them!", causing laughter.
