KBS2's '1 Night, 2 Days' season 4 has decided to scrap the crew's Halloween-themed episode in light of the national shock suffered due to the Itaewon tragedy.
A Halloween-themed episode of '1 Night, 2 Days' season 4 was originally scheduled to air on October 30, featuring the show's cast members dressed up as various ghosts and ghouls for the holiday.
However, after the Itaewon tragedy on October 29, KBS2 announced the cancellation of '1 Night, 2 Days' season 4 this weekend.
Afterward, the production crew of the program discussed the airing of the Halloween-themed episode in length, coming to the above decision. Additionally, KBS2 relayed regarding the episode of '1 Night, 2 Days' season 4 coming up on the first Sunday of November, "A special edited version of the 'Autumn Leaves Road Tour' (which aired the week of October 23) will air."
After reading this article, I think kpop artists should help raise money to cover costs... Itaewon is known for art and entertainment. Victims' parents should not have to go through such financial crisis after their babies were taken from them.
