Netflix drops trailer for animated series 'Lookism,' based on hit Korean webtoon of same name

A popular Korean webtoon is getting its own Netflix animated series!

On September 25 KST, Netflix unveiled a trailer for their upcoming animated television program 'Lookism,' based on the hit webtoon by Park Tae Joon. The trailer follows the story of Park Hyung Seok, an overweight school outcast who is often bullied at school who one day gains the ability to soul hop between his regular body and one that belongs to a slimmer, taller, and more attractive young man. The power has both advantages and disadvantages, as Park Hyung Seok is tied to his more attractive body during daytime hours and must return to his original one at night.

Meanwhile, 'Lookism' will be available for streaming on November 4.
