I might be wrong, but seeing the past two years of partying with Hollywood glitterati in LA and Paris, barely any (screen/ non-modeling) work in Korea (when the others had some) and now starring in this w the name Jennie Ruby Jane instead of Jennie Kim, I get the feeling that Jennie is downplaying her Korean background and aiming for the "global citizen" label
