KINGDOM is one day closer to their comeback with their album 'History Of KINGDOM: Part IV. Dann'
The boys have been showing off their splendid visuals in the beautiful Hanboks, the traditional Korean clothing, through individual teaser photos that were released previously. On March 11 KST, the boys unveiled their MV teaser for their title track "Ascension." In the video released on this day, the boys are seen wearing black royal hanbok, displaying their charismatic image while showing off the powerful choreography.
The boys of KINGDOM will be releasing their album 'History Of KINGDOM: Part IV. Dann' and music video on March 17 KST. So check out the teaser above and stay tuned for just a few more days.
Ascension is the title track? Now I‘m confused…which Korean king does Dann represent? It surely can’t be King Danjong of Joseon, not with a song title like that. Right? The Exiled King would have a different theme, but I guess we will find out on the 17th! Let‘s go, KINGDOM!
Edit: There is a likely king that Dann represents, and I only just found him in my research because while his name is Taejo of Joseon, the name he gave himself upon ascending the throne he took for himself (after removing a previous monarch) is Yi Dan! This is a much more likely namesake of the member Dann!
