NCT's Taeil lends soothing vocals to 'Twenty Five, Twenty One' OST song 'Starlight'

NCT's Taeil is the very first artist to release an OST song for the tvN drama 'Twenty Five, Twenty One.'

On February 13 KST, the idol released the song "Starlight," a song capturing the fresh and pure spirit of being young. Through the lyrics, Taeil provides comfort to his 'starlight,' a person going through the typical trials and tribulations of their youth. As the drama is set in the late '90s, the song was given a retro atmosphere through the use of a synthesizer, CP80, and an 8-beat rhythm electric guitar.

Meanwhile, 'Twenty Five, Twenty One,' starring Kim Tae Ri and Nam Joo Hyuk, is a drama about the rebelliousness and growth of young people who have been deprived of their dreams in the era of 1998. The drama is co-produced by producer Jung Ji Hyun and writer Kwon Do Eun who wrote, tvN's 'Search: WWW.'
