The Korean-Japanese collaboration boy group NIK, born from the AbemaTV survival program 'G-EGG', has released the 1st MV teaser for their debut title track "Santa Monica".
In the MV teaser, the 11-members of NIK demonstrate their synchronized choreography to a dynamic house beat. "Santa Monica" was previously a song performed by the contestants of 'G-EGG' during the survival program, originally in Japanese. Now, NIK will be making their debut in Korea with the Korean version of "Santa Monica", showcasing an upgraded sound and concept.
Meanwhile, some members of NIK are known for having prior debut experience in K-Pop groups, including B.I.G's Gunmin, LC9's Hyeonsu, LUCENTE's Parkha and Gogeon, and Taeha formerly of CODE-V and IDEA.
NIK's debut single album 'Santa Monica/Universe' will be released on September 27 at 6 PM KST.
I'm actually excited that Santa Monica is going to be their debut track. It was and still is the better group song in my opinion, though group A and D's were amazing songs too.
