BTS will be launching a "Permission to Dance Challenge" through the YouTube Shorts platform! From July 23rd to August 14th, the challenge will require participants to dance to BTS's new song "Permission to Dance".
Starting on July 23rd, anyone can produce and participate in a 15-second YouTube Short that imitates the main choreography of the "Permission to Dance" music video. The choreography used contains international sign language for the words "joyful," "dance" and "peace." BTS plans to connect the world once again through this special choreography challenge and allow people to show their own styles through YouTube Shorts.
BTS will select some of the "Permission to Dance Challenge" Shorts and include them in a compilation video. If participants wish to be selected for the compilation, they must add the hashtags #PermissiontoDance and #Shorts to their Shorts content. More information about this challenge can be found through BTS's latest YouTube Shorts (desktop or mobile app). BTS's representatives stated, "Permission to Dance is a song that makes everyone's heart beat and dance. Please look forward to the "Permission to Dance Challenge" prepared with YouTube Shorts."
