SHINee's Onew, AKMU's Suhyun, BLACKPINK's Rosé, & Yoon Jong Shin perform comforting seaside tunes with a live band on JTBC's 'Sea of Hope'

On June 29, JTBC's new music, food, and nature reality program 'Sea of Hope' premiered its first episode, featuring cast members Lee Dong Wook, Lee Ji Ah, Kim Go Eun, Yoon Jong Shin, SHINee's Onew, and AKMU's Suhyun. Also joining the cast members on this day as the first guest was BLACKPINK's Rosé.

In JTBC's 'Sea of Hope', the cast members will be inviting customers to a romantic seaside cafe and bar, with delicious meals served by chef Lee Ji Ah, beverages crafted by bartender Lee Dong Wook, and desserts baked by Onew. Customers will be able to not only enjoy good food, drinks, and a great ocean view, but also hear live performances by the music team, including Yoon Jong Shin, Suhyun, Onew, and more.

During the first episode of 'Sea of Hope' aired on June 29, the cast members greeted one another for the first time after receiving their respective tasks and duties. The music team members also spent time practicing with the live band, in order to deliver flawless stages during their gigs later on. During this rehearsal, BLACKPINK's Rosé showcased a soothing live performance of John Mayer's "Slow Dancing In A Burning Room". 

Next, Yoon Jong Shin and Suhyun tested out their chemistry by rehearsing "The Blue In You", while Onew sang a short live cover of "Let's Go See Stars". 

Later on, when the cast and crew members arrived at their seaside cafe and bar to begin their operations, Suhyun and Yoon Jong Shin also sang "Uphill", and Yoon Jong Shin also hummed a little "Beach Mood Song".
