Actress Park Si Yeon is under fire for driving under the influence in broad daylight.

According to SBS' '8 News', Park Si Yeon was driving in broad daylight in Songa-pu, Seoul on January 17 KST when she crashed into a car stopped at a stoplight. At the time of the accident, the actress' blood alcohol concentration was 0.097%, which qualifies as legally drunk and could lead to the cancellation of her driver's license. The police have now booked Park Si Yeon on the charges of drunk driving under the Road Traffic Act.

The actress' label stated, "It was wrong for her to take the wheel without resolving her hangover, but she did not drink and drive in broad daylight."

Neither Park Si Yeon or the victim were seriously injured.
