'I covered the song 'Circles' of Post Malone today. The lyrics of this song is mainly about love, however, it seems that there are many other things in life that looks like a circle. When we are in a difficult situation, if we don't solve the issue with healthy actions we may end up spinning only bad cycles and ruining our lives. In my case, I don't use alcohol, tobacco, gambling or drugs. I try to move forward with the healthiest response possible, such as sports, cultural life, books, travel, talking with good people, etc. What is your healthy countermeasure? 🧡'
