NU'EST's Minhyun shared how he entered Pledis Entertainment.
On the May 16 airing of JTBC's 'Give Me A Meal,' Minhyun and model Han Hye Jin joined as the guests. While walking down the streets, Lee Kyung Kyu asked Minhyun, "When did you debut?" Minhyun revealed he was scouted on the streets and made his debut when he was 18.
He explained, "I was eating chicken skewer in front of our school (when I got picked up)" and said, "I wouldn't be here if I just went home instead of eating chicken skewer that day."
MC Kang Ho Dong asked, "So you didn't actually dream of becoming an artist?" Minhyun replied, "I did want to become a singer. I enjoyed singing and since middle school, I always wrote down 'singer' as my dream job."
