Seungri did use YG Entertainment's corporate card for personal reasons.
On April 29, Won Kyung Hwan, the Seoul District Police Director, announced they will be requesting an arrest warrant for Seungri.
The police also revealed they've investigated YG Entertainment's accountants and affiliates as Seungri revealed to have used YG Entertainment's corporate card for his Christmas party in 2015 and birthday party in 2017.
Regarding this, a rep from YG stated, "It's true Seungri used the corporate card but the payments were reimbursed later," and added, "It's normal for famous celebrities to use this prepayment method."
Meanwhile, the police have arrested a total of 23 people involved in illegal filming and drug cases so far.

You can't "admit" something you've said from the beginning. YGE always maintained Seungri used the card and then paid for it himself later. He didn't expense it to the company because it wasn't related to YG. This is entirely normal in the corporate world and ultimately means nothing as it relates to YG.
