HLB has just made his rapping debut!
The talented producer released his debut album 'F.M.F' on November 18, including title track "Cheongdam Under Heaven" (literal translation).
The title track features satirical lyrics where the rapper mimics the attitudes of the people who are often seen in Seoul's Cheongdam district, famous for being among the most affluent neighborhoods in the city. According to the song, these people avoid places filled with people who aren't like them, instead spending time in Cheongdam and eating at expensive restaurants where you're not only paying for the food, but the plush atmosphere.
The accompanying music video is filled with 'nouveau riche' imagery.
Prior to debuting as a rapper, HLB worked as a producer for EDEN's monthly music project and collaborated on songs for Wanna One as a part of the production team 13.
