The famous star panda Fu Bao from Everland in Yongin, Korea, will soon return to China.
This is because Fu Bao is scheduled to return to China in early April, and visitors are expected to increase even more as they rush to see her before she enters pre-quarantine, which is scheduled to start in March.
Based on the combined coverage of China and Korea on January 23, it has been confirmed that Fu Bao will board a flight to China in April. Everland and the China Wildlife Conservation Association have been in discussions about Fu Bao's schedule to return to China before she turns 4 years old on July 20, 2024.
Everland announced through its website and social media on this day, "Fu Bao will move to the Giant Panda Conservation Research Center located in Sichuan Province, China in early April for a new start."
With the confirmation of Fu Bao's return in April, the time for visitors to meet Fu Bao directly at Everland is running out. Everland explained, "Visitors will be able to meet Fu Bao until early March. Starting this weekend, visitors will be able to meet her in the afternoon times since she must prepare for her move."
Fu Bao is really cute! I know that it's for the best that she returns to China, but she's already used to her caregivers and her home in Korea. I hope she adjusts well.
