Hwang Ha Na has been arrested on drug usage charges as she broke the probation after a year and a half. Hwang Ha Na's husband, Mr.Oh, and her acquaintance, Mr. Nam, were both under investigation for selling drugs. 

However, Mr. Oh took his own life while Mr. Nam is in the hospital under critical condition after attempting to take his own life. According to investigations, it has been revealed that Mr. Nam is actually a member of one of Korea's largest drug cartels.

On January 4th, voice recordings of Hwang Ha Na and her acquaintance, Mr. Nam, were revealed to the public, confirming that Hwang Ha Na had administered drugs during her probation period. However, Hwang Ha Na is denying the allegation stating, "I was stabbed by the needle when I was unaware," while her family states that Hwang Ha Na will be punished if she did anything wrong.

Meanwhile, the Gyeongnam Provincial Police Agency reported they had caught the largest drug cartel in Korea and revealed that Mr. Nam, the acquaintance speaking with Hwang Ha Na in the voice recording, was part of that drug ring.

Both Mr. Nam and Hwang Ha Na's deceased husband, Mr. Oh, were under investigation and handed over to prosecution in October last year on charges of administration and drug distribution.

However, Mr. Oh jumped off a building to his death while Mr. Nam was admitted into the hospital under critical condition after attempting to take his own life.
