ILLIT member Wonhee amused fans with a playful “opposition party” celebrating her upcoming 20th birthday.
On March 16th KST, a video titled “Lee Wonhee’s Opposition 20 Party” was uploaded to ILLIT’s official YouTube channel.
At the start of the video, Wonhee excitedly welcomed viewers, saying, “Welcome to my 20th birthday party.” However, the other members immediately shouted “Opposition,” revealing that the event was not a celebration but a humorous attempt to stop her from becoming an adult.
The members raised their glasses saying, “To opposing Lee Wonhee becoming an adult,” while the production staff jokingly added that fans were also against it.
Wonhee was even asked to sign a “turning 20 contract,” leaving her puzzled. The members then suggested playful conditions for her becoming 20. One member requested that she keep her soft cheeks and allow others to touch them, while another jokingly demanded that she continue falling asleep quickly after work instead of staying up late for midnight movies.
The staff joined the fun by wearing matching “Oppose Turning 20” T shirts and removing candles from the cake one by one while chanting “Opposition.” Watching the scene unfold, Wonhee jokingly complained but eventually burst into laughter.
The video quickly drew amused reactions from fans, who praised the playful atmosphere and Wonhee’s charming personality.
