Han Groo has shared an unexpected dieting tip behind her slim 42kg figure, revealing that a body suit plays a key role in her routine.
On March 17, a video titled “I bought this for 5,000 won (about 3 USD) and it changed my life” was uploaded to her YouTube channel 'Geuroonikka Maliya', where she introduced several items she personally purchased.
In the video, Han Groo appeared wearing a black body suit under a hoodie, describing it as one of her favorite items. She explained that she often wears body suits while dieting because they help her stay conscious of her posture and core.
“You can see your stomach coming out in real time, so it makes you pay attention,” she said, adding that simply engaging the core muscles helps activate the abs. She emphasized that avoiding overly comfortable clothing can also support better body awareness.
Meanwhile, Han Groo, who has been sharing her fitness journey on social media, previously revealed that she reduced her weight to 42kg through consistent exercise and self management.
