FIFTY FIFTY reinterpret "Wish You Were Here," joining the Pink Floyd 50th anniversary tribute

FIFTY FIFTY is taking part in a tribute project honoring legendary British rock band Pink Floyd.

On February 10, ATTRAKT uploaded the group’s remake of “Wish You Were Here” to FIFTY FIFTY’s official YouTube channel.

The video was produced to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the original release of “Wish You Were Here.” Through their delicate and nuanced vocals, FIFTY FIFTY reinterprets the classic track with a fresh emotional depth.

The visually striking video further amplifies the song’s sentiment. Set against the backdrop of the Han River in Seoul during midwinter, it captures feelings of loneliness and the emptiness that comes with someone’s absence.

“We are truly honored to participate in such a meaningful project,” FIFTY FIFTY said. “It was an opportunity to once again feel the sincerity and weight that music carries.”

Member Moon Chanel, a longtime fan of Pink Floyd, shared her personal thoughts. “They are artists who have influenced my musical sensibilities,” she said. “This is a moment I will remember for a long time.” She added, “Like Pink Floyd, we will strive to become artists who create music that moves people’s hearts across generations.”

Meanwhile, FIFTY FIFTY released their digital single “Too Much Part 1” in November last year.
