Actress Lee Young Ae is set to make a special appearance on the KBS-2TV music program 'Immortal Songs: Singing the Legend.'
On August 14, the show’s production team told Dispatch in a phone interview, “We are preparing a special episode featuring Lee Young Ae. The recording will take place on September 1.”
The team added, “Lee Young Ae will attend the recording and share various stories with the audience. However, she will not be performing any songs herself.”
This marks Lee Young Ae’s return to KBS variety shows after 30 years, following her appearance on 'Start! Saturday March Forward' in 1995. The broadcast date of the episode has not been announced yet.
Lee Young Ae is also making a comeback with a new drama. She will star in KBS-2TV’s upcoming weekend drama 'Walking On Thin Ice,' which is set to premiere on September 20.
