Wavve original series 'S Line' has unveiled a new intense trailer ahead of its OTT premiere.
On June 20, the team behind the Wavve original drama 'S-Line' (written and directed by Ahn Joo Young) released its first teaser trailer. The series stars Lee Soo Hyuk, Lee Da Hee, Lee Eun Saem, and Arin, who delve into the mysterious secret of the "S-Line."
The S-Line refers to a red line that appears above the heads of people who have had a physical relationship. It can show up anytime, anywhere, and begins to disrupt the characters’ social standings and personal relationships.
The teaser opens with the narration: “I’m cursed.” The character Hyun Hob (played by Arin) can see the S-Lines when wearing glasses. Following her gaze, viewers see the red lines stretching between people.
Detective Han Ji Wook (Lee Soo Hyuk) visits a murder suspect’s home, only to be stunned by the walls covered in red lines. This encounter leads him to begin unraveling the truth behind the S-Line.
As the red lines spread throughout the city, Hyun Heup embarks on a journey to find their origin. A caption reads: “The hidden truths revealed above your head,” summarizing the show’s central theme.
Meanwhile, Kyu Jin (played by Lee Da Hee), Hyun Hob’s homeroom teacher, is one of the few people without an S-Line. She remarks, “For some, it’ll become a weakness they can’t hide. For others, it’ll be something they exploit.”
'S-Line' is a fantasy thriller that explores how people react when their most private connections are exposed overnight. The drama is based on the hit webtoon of the same name by Kkomabi, known for works like 'A Killer Paradox' and 'Unresolved.'
The series has already received critical acclaim. 'S Line' won Best Music in the Feature Competition section at the 8th Cannes International Series Festival held in April.
'S Line' will premiere on Wavve next month.
