Actor and director Ha Jung Woo, on March 4, shared his thoughts on the filming of his latest movie 'Lobby,' stating, “I knew I had to do it without a doubt” when he first encountered the script.

The event saw Ha Jung Woo along with fellow cast members Kim Eui Sung, Kang Hae Rim, Lee Dong Hwi, Park Byung Eun, Choi Siwon, Cha Joo Young, Kwak Sun Young, and Kang Mal Geum. The group engaged in a lively discussion, sharing their experiences and insights about the film.
'Lobby' tells the story of Chang Wook (played by Ha Jung Woo), a startup CEO who knows nothing but research. He embarks on his first-ever lobbying golf session in an attempt to win a 4 trillion KRW (about $2.736 billion) national project.
Reflecting on the filming process, Ha Jung Woo remarked, “It took a long time to reach my third project. When the concept of lobbying appeared in the script, I knew I had to do it.”
He went on to explain, “This is my third film as a director, and it still feels strange to direct while acting.” He also added, “It probably felt awkward for both the actors and the crew. But, more than anything, I’m excited as a director with the release approaching.”
The film 'Lobby' will be released in theaters on April 2.
