HYBE Labels Japan announced on the 2nd that their new J-pop boy group audition program, 'Cheer-HIGH Dream's START LINE' (応援-HIGH　~夢のスタートライン~), will premiere on Nihon TV on February 15 (JST).

This 8-episode series will follow 11 contestants, referred to as 'runners' on their journey toward debut. The program will showcase their efforts as they push their limits, compete, and support one another along the way. Viewers can expect to see heartfelt and inspiring moments as these aspiring idols pursue their dreams.

Kim Jae Joong, a singer active in both South Korea and Japan, will serve as the 'Pacemaker' encouraging and mentoring the contestants throughout their journey. Actor and comedian Kojima Kazuya and Nihon TV announcer Yasumura Naoki will host the program.

HYBE Labels Japan released a promotional poster on the program’s official social media accounts, showing the contestants with their hands united in a gesture of determination. Additional content, including contestant profiles, will be shared gradually on the program’s SNS channels and the YouTube channel 'HYBE LABELS +'.

HYBE Labels Japan, established in 2021, is part of HYBE’s extensive music group operations. The label focuses on artist development and management in Japan, from scouting new talent to producing music. One of its notable groups is the nine-member global boy group '&TEAM', which debuted under HYBE Labels Japan.
