In a video released on January 8th KST via the YouTube channel ‘Ddeunddeun’, Yoo Jae Suk, Kim Seok Hoon, and Song Eun Yi shared their thoughts on welcoming the new year. During the conversation, Yoo Jae Suk touched on the issue of sensational headlines and baseless rumors.
Kim Seok Hoon mentioned being referred to as “Yoo Jae Suk’s man” in a news article, highlighting the media’s tendency to use provocative phrases. Yoo Jae Suk empathized, saying, “The problem is the constant use of sensational titles. They always attach monetary amounts to my name.”
He also addressed the persistent “1 trillion won (approximately 690 million USD) wealth rumor,” explaining, “It all started as a joke on a variety show, but some used it as clickbait, and it kept getting repeated in other articles. This situation feels like bad information is drowning out the good.” His thoughtful response earned praise from Kim Seok Hoon, who remarked, “You sound like a scholar.”
